Britong Ltd -every market
Traditional South African biltong is a word made up from BIL (buttock or meat) and TONG (strip). Strip of meat (or buttock).
Britong is just that. Slices of British meat cured with age old Southern African recipes, or made into delicious sausages.
Our quality meat products are made from free range venison and beef. Our animals roam Dartmoor National Park, and tracts of Cornish farmland. We also use grass fed Aberdeen Angus beef to top up our supply, but our meat is always sourced from local farmers in the United Kingdom.
Our butchery is situated on a private country estate in south Devon, which means our meat is as untainted as its possible to be. There are no exhaust fumes, noisy sirens, or anything other than fresh air polluting our space.
